Instructions for submission of an ORAL Abstract


  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Name(s) of author(s), institution(s), and country of author(s) should be included in the abstract.
  • The abstract should include the following: Background: Indicating the objective(s) & research question. Method: Explanation of the study design, Results and Discussion: Summarised essential results of completed analysis, Conclusion: Supported by the findings of your results. Keywords: Not more than 5.
  • Topics should be relevant to the conference theme and the themes are:
  • Wellness
  • Cosmetic
  • Dermatology
  • Regenerative medicine
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Word count should not exceed 300 words. The title and author(s) details are excluded from this word count. Please use font style Times new roman and font size 11.
  • Kindly ensure that the following are agreed upon by all authors BEFORE submitting the abstract: 
  • Aware that their names will appear on the abstract.
  • All authors agree to the submission and presentation of the results.
  • Understand that the presentation may be photographed and/or recorded during the presentation.
  • Understand that all possible patent and copyright issues are resolved before submission.
  • Certificates will only be issued to the registered presenting author ONLY if they have presented the abstract at the conference.
  • Only one presenter is allowed per abstract and ONLY ONE submission is allowed per presenter.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and if accepted, the authors will be informed.
  • The presenter must register and pay the full registration fee by the stipulated due date. Otherwise, the abstract will be excluded from the programme book and they will not be permitted to present their work at the conference.
  • Presentation is conducted face to face and NO virtual presentation.
  • There will be judging for the best 3 oral presentations.

Guidelines for oral and poster presentation


Instruction for Oral Presentation


  • Oral Presenters Talks are scheduled for 15 minutes (including 5 minutes of Q&A session).
  • Softcopy of presentation should be submitted before 15th October 2024 to conference Scientific Committee.
  • Except for the above duration constraints, the form of the presentation is flexible. There is no specific template for presentations and participants can adopt any of their preference for slide presentation. Recommended slides depend on the time of the category of oral presentation.


Instruction for Poster Presentation

  1. Posters should be printed in A1 (594 x 841 mm) size in portrait orientation.
  2. Printed posters should be submitted during registration on the first day of conference to conference Scientific Committee.
  3. You can create your poster using PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Canvas, or any other appropriate program.
  4. Poster presentation will be viewed by the judges during break session. Poster presentation are scheduled for 5 minutes (including Q&A session).
